Sania completed her Master’s in Law at the University of Law in Bloomsbury London. She then went on to complete her training in Housing Law and Family Law before she qualified as a Solicitor in March 2020.

Sania has experience working on public law matters where she represents parents and other family members which include matters involving domestic abuse, drug and alcohol misuse, mental health and non-accidental injury. Sania also advises parents who have local authority involvement at a lower level, including PLO matters. Sania has recently taken on matters in which she represents local authorities.

Sania also advises parents in private law children matters which include child arrangement orders and prohibited steps orders. She also has experience in non-molestation orders, financial matters and abduction matters.
