Raj completed a degree in Law (LLB) at Staffordshire University in 2015 and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP in 2017. Raj has been working in family law since 2017, starting as a paralegal and qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2021.

In October 2022, Raj joined Creighton and Partners in the Childcare Department.

Raj represents clients in all areas of family law, but with particular focus on children (both public and private) and domestic abuse matters such applications for Child Arrangements Order, Prohibited Steps Order, Specific Issues Order, Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, and proceedings issued by the Local Authority for Care, Supervision and Special Guardianship Orders. Raj also has represented clients within proceedings for Forced Marriage Protection Order, Child Abduction, Female Genital Mutilation, and  in cases concerning non-accidental injury cases, domestic abuse, physical and emotional harm.

Raj has experience working with clients with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties.

Outside of work, Raj enjoys skiing, running, travelling and volunteering.
