Pradeep believes that client care is of upmost importance and places great emphasis on listening carefully to clients to deal with each case sensitively. Further to fully inform clients of all of their options so that they are in the best position possible to make an informed choice and have a realistic expectation of the outcome of their matter. She promotes dealing with cases amicably to try and reduce acrimony.
She has written an article for the Experts Guide on Divorce Law which is distributed in the UK and abroad and also for a community publication.

Notable Cases
Pradeep has acted for a client where the other party failed to provide full financial disclosure resulting in Pradeep obtaining a witness summons against the company’s accountants, production orders and committal proceedings.
Pradeep has acted for a wife in a matter where the parties married abroad and the husband contested that the marriage took place.
Pradeep has acted in a contested Children Act and injunction matter involving a four day fact finding where all the allegations were proven against the other party and where the husband subsequently applied to set aside an order made to stay his application.
