Patrick completed a degree in Politics and German at the University of Bristol in 2015, followed by a masters in Criminological Research at the University of Cambridge in 2017. Patrick qualified as a solicitor via an SQE Apprenticeship in February 2025 before joining Creighton & Partners as a solicitor in the Child Care department in October 2025. Patrick has 6 years of experience in family law.

Patrick represents Local Authorities and parents in public law care proceedings and PLO pre-proceedings meetings. Patrick also represents clients in proceedings concerning Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps, Non-Molestation, or Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards/Orders. Patrick has experience of representing clients in cases involving Non-Accidental Injury and Fabricated and Induced Illness. He has represented clients in cases involving complex Fact Finding Hearings.
