Kirsti qualified as a solicitor in 2020. She joined Creighton & Partners in May 2023 and has a particular focus on child care matters, representing parents, grandparents and other family members in public law applications issued by the Local Authority for Care, Supervision and Special Guardianship Orders, and private law cases on such applications as Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Kirsti’s approach is informed by her commitment to her clients and her belief that everyone, including the most vulnerable, should have access to justice with clear and supportive legal advice. She regularly represents her clients in court hearings.

For her undergraduate degree, Kirsti read French and German at Oxford University. She also holds a Masters Degree in Human Rights Law from the University of Nottingham. She completed the GDL and LPC at BPP University. She has previously worked in both the media and charity sectors.
