Emma joined Creighton & Partners in September 2015. She qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has specialised in children law ever since.

She mainly represents parents and children in care proceedings and has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 2002. She has a particular interest in cases where non-accidental injury is alleged.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her son, travelling and cycling.
