Elysia completed a degree in Law and European Legal Studies (LLB) at the University of Reading in 2018, spending a year at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in 2021.

Elysia joined Creighton & Partners as a paralegal in the Child Care department in 2018 and has since completed her training contract at the firm. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2023. Elysia represents Local Authorities and parents.
