Darren qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and worked in a high street firm where he covered cases including housing, civil litigation, wills & probate and family law.

In 2021 Darren decided to specialise in family law and he uses his wealth of experience to assist parents and family members in private law matters such as Live With and Specific Issue applications and in public law which includes care proceedings, PLO and adoptions.

Since joining Creighton & Partners in 2023, Darren has continued to represent parents and family members and began to represent local authorities in care proceedings and PLO’s. Darren became a member of the Children Panel in 2024 and now also represents children and Guardians.

In his spare time, Darren likes to watch and play sports, listen to music and travel
