Charles works in the child care department.

Charles is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator and he joined Creighton and Partners in April 2022. Before that, Charles worked for a leading family law firm in central London where he supported a Partner who specialises in intercountry adoption. Charles also spent a number of years working within the legal department of a Local Authority, where he developed a keen interest in child protection law and procedure.

Charles acts on behalf of parents and Local Authorities and he conducts a range of cases, including those which include alleged non-accidental injuries. Charles won Junior Lawyer of the Year at the 2023 Surrey Law Society awards and was named Young Solicitor of the Year at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards 2025 . In his spare time Charles enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
