Shrutee specialises in complex care proceedings. She has represented children, parents, grandparents, special guardians and clients through the official solicitor in cases involving allegations of physical and emotional harm, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse and domestic violence. Shrutee has particular expertise in dealing with cases involving mental health and, speaking fluent Hindi and Urdu, cultural issues in migrant communities.

Shrutee also advises parents in relation to private law proceedings such as child arrangement orders (contact and residence disputes). She also has a broad range of experience in cases involving parental alienation, implacable hostility and domestic violence.

In her spare time Shrutee enjoys dancing, yoga and cooking.
