Deborah qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and worked in private practice acting for family members and children in public and private law proceedings for nine years before joining the firm in September 2002.

Accreditations

Deborah currently acts for local authority in public law proceedings and continues to act for children in public law proceedings. She also acts for parents in particularly complex cases. Deborah is particularly interested in cases involving intractable contact disputes when the child is separately represented. Deborah regularly trains social workers and child care professionals in aspects of children law.

Deborah is a keen cyclist and knitter, but rarely finds time to combine the two.
