Karlyne is based in our Staines office and tis the Legal Operations Manager.

Karlyne first joined the firm in July 2016, after working for a Local Authority for a number of years, initially as a paralegal and then moved up to senior paralegal. She has extensive experience working in Child Protection. She is a Graduate member of CILEx.

In April 2025 she expanded her job role to include management of our Staines office and in July 2026 became Legal Operations Manager. She is also the assistant to Dawn Wilson.

In her spare time Karlyne enjoys going down to her allotment, reading and taking several dance classes.
