Jonquil joined the firm in November 2007, having qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and worked in private practice in private and public law children proceedings.

From 2007, she has specialised in public law proceedings, representing children, parents and other family members. She also acts for children and guardian in private law proceedings and for applicants in adoption proceedings. Jonquil is a member of the Children Panel and Association of Lawyers for Children.
