Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2011, and in England & Wales in 2015. Elizabeth completed her education at The University of Sydney, Australia, obtaining a Bachelor of Law (with honours) and Arts (history major) in 2009, and a Graduate Diploma in psychology in 2010.

Elizabeth started her legal career as an associate in the intellectual property team at Baker McKenzie, but soon realised she wanted to practise family law. Before moving to London, Elizabeth worked as a family solicitor in Sydney for two years, specialising in children law.

Elizabeth has practised family law in London since January 2015. Prior to joining Creighton & Partners in 2017, she worked for a busy North London firm, representing clients in all areas of family law, but with a particular focus on children matters (both public and private).

Elizabeth has experience dealing with cases involving allegations of physical and emotional harm, non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abduction, and parental alienation. She has experience working with clients with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties.

Elizabeth is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys cycling, cooking, travelling and singing in a choir.

Wyatt & Wyatt [2012] FMCAfam 907: (Australian case) Successful application to terminate father’s parental responsibility and allow supervised contact only due to concerns about mental health.
MS v MN [2017] EWHC 324 (Fam): Successful High Court appeal against HHJ Tolson QC’s decision to allow father to have direct contact with 5-year-old daughter following findings of serious and life-threatening violence committed against the mother.
