She used to work in a care home as a carer and is well acquainted with the challenges the detained people face that stem from their confinement. This practical experience prompted her decision to specialise in mental health law and become the “voice of the vulnerable”.
She can advise on and represent individuals detained under the Mental Health Act in all aspects of mental health law and she is committed to providing high quality legal service to all her clients.
Marzena is dedicated to protecting the legal interests of her clients and respectful of their wishes and feelings. She is equally confident advocate for the unrestricted as well as the restricted patients.
Thanks to her considerable experience Marzena is able to act at short notice without compromising the quality of service.
She speaks Polish fluently and holds law degrees both from Polish and UK Universities.
